Commissioned for the 2047 Ganymede Transmission Mission, the Rømer is a modified VSL-class deep-space transport retrofitted for a four-hundred-twenty-two-day trajectory to Jupiter. Ninety meters stem to stern. VASIMR plasma drive. Three-person crew. One shuttle. One onboard intelligence. One classified payload she was not told the full purpose of. Current revision reflects the March 2047 departure configuration.

A 184-kilogram payload module designed to attach to the existing DSOC installation on Ganymede and upgrade it to quantum-entanglement protocols. Once active, it will extend Earth's communications grid across the entire solar system — and render every existing relay in Bode Telecom's inventory immediately and permanently more valuable. Specifications classified. Quantum core architecture classified. Nearly everything about this document is classified. What it does is not: it rewrites the infrastructure of communication for the species.

The Deep Space Optical Communications installation deployed on Ganymede's sulci terrain in July 2044 during Bode Telecom's first crewed Ganymede mission. Two-point-four-meter optical transmission aperture. Neptune5 two-gigawatt thermal reactor. The installation suffered a loss of signal on mission day forty-seven that was never fully explained in the original incident report, and was restored — by means the Company chose not to document — before the surviving crew departed. This schematic was last updated in March 2047 in preparation for the Rømer's arrival.

Hohmann transfer trajectory plotted for minimum delta-v. Launch 18 March 2047. Belt transit at day one-eighty. Jupiter orbital insertion at day four-ten. Ganymede rendezvous at day four-twenty-two. Insertion burn 1,842 meters per second. Return window opens 17 September 2048 and closes 3 October 2048 — a sixteen-day window. A second approach vector, filed as Rival / Chirikov Approach Vector, is dashed on the same diagram. The Chirikov's arrival time is redacted in this release.
